Paisley Buddies Magic Circle
Paisley Buddies Magic Circle is the Junior Section of Paisley Magic Circle. It was founded in September 1999 to cater for those young people aged 8 - 12 years with a genuine interest in magic. We started with eight youngsters and now have fifteen. By popular demand we have extended the age range which now is 8 - 14 years.The club meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 10.00am to 12.00 noon. Our meeting place is Castlehead High School, Paisley. At these meetings we have talk-ins, workshops, and visiting magicians teaching various kinds of magic. We aim to encourage the members to try all kinds of magic from stage effects, close-up, and children’s magic.
We have entertained the senior members at Paisley Magic Circle for a whole evening and performed in the Gala show at the annual convention in October.
